1. Cleanse
30 seconds
Dry skin - non-foaming milky cleanser
Oily Skin - purifying or foaming cleanser
Acne prone - an antiseptic cleanser which minimises pores
2. Exfoliate
Gently exfoliate the skin for up to 60 seconds before leaving the product to set a little
Use good quality face cloths
3. Mask
Apply mask according to directions
Apply a rich hand cream once you've finished dabbing on the face mask, slipping cotton or plastic gloves on top to seal the product into the skin.
Continue working while you wait if you want
4. Moisterise
A good face mask prepares and primes the skin, expanding pores to allow hydrating ingredients to penetrate deeply, so this is the time to apply your favourite moisturiser, serum or face oil.
Damp skin takes on four times as much moisture.
It's not just about beauty, its about keeping your sanity!
